The digital version of the player program and caddy notes is now published for DDGC20.  Players should read through the document before tournament day to can ask questions and get clarifications before play begins.  Players are responsible for knowing and following the rules laid out in the program (as well as all PDGA rules, of course).  Failure to read the program is not an excuse for not knowing the rules and misplaying a hole.
